Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) The art of remembering a loved one.

I celebrate the Day of the Dead.  A tradition in my Mexican -American culture.  My mother, Ofelia Esparza, is an Altar maker for this special time of year, November 1st and November 2nd.  All Souls and All Saints day.  The tradition has been handed down from her mother.  It is a time of remembering those whom have left this land for another.  The sorrow of their departure exists, however, the celebration of their life and what it meant to me is the joy of the tradition.
