I'm a birder!

I've taken up bird watching.  I'm quite intrigued and fascinated by their feather patterns/colors or lack thereof, their behavior and in the many variety of species that exist in North America.

This is a Black Phoebe.  It's a flycatcher.  It's been hanging around the city park to catch insects in the air and worms on the ground.

I went to Birdie Juicery to buy an Acai Bowl.   I left a Free Art "Saturday" piece on the table.  I get such great pleasure in leaving a small art piece in places people frequent and hang out.  I leave a note/sign indicating the artwork is "FREE".  Free Art Friday is a global movement in the act of sharing and giving art for the heck of it.  I've let many art pieces for the public and almost no one has responded to state they' picked up my art piece.  Free things are scary!!

Each morning I awake, I am greeted by the sound of a variety of bird species.  They announce a new day!

Two Blue Buntings
I mailed art to the UK in this envelope.  I find it gives the postmaster something to brighten up his/her day and the recipient as well.
